Carolina Meadows is an upscale retirement community outside of Chapel Hill serving over 700 residents. Our residents have high standards when it comes to their landscaping design and maintenance. Ideal Landscaping has been the first and only contractor that we have worked with that has met our expectations and that of our residents. Carolina Meadows has contracted with a number of top ranking landscaping firms over the last 15 years. When failing to meet contract requirements, we have experienced either countless excuses or ongoing unfilled promises. Ideal Landscaping has met all of its contract responsibilities. When encountering a problem, Ideal has been responsive and a true partner in achieving positive outcomes with our residents. In addition, Ideal’s maintenance crews have always utilized the best horticultural practices in getting things done. Former landscaping contractors failed because: they were unable to provide consistent on site supervision; they were unwilling to provide the proper number of support staff necessary to get the job done; they were unwilling to meet to meet our landscaping standards; or they used the quickest and not necessarily the best approach when correcting a problem.
